She is an “apostolic hybrid gift” (Prophet, Pastor, Evangelist), with fourteen years of ministry experience who has profoundly influenced multiple generations, offering transformative insights that both illuminate and liberate. Rodnisha is a proud member of The Powerhouse Chicago under Archbishop William Hudson III.
As the founder and CEO of “YOU Are Welcome: The Heartbeat of Hospitality” she has redefined customer service, transforming employees into service-focused solutionists since 2017. Her expertise extends across entrepreneurship, ministry, and community development, making her a true multi-hyphenate force for change.
Her unwavering commitment to addressing systemic disparities in urban communities inspired her to establish “Break Bread” in 2022, an organization dedicated to uplifting families through resource distribution and prayer.
Rodnisha’s work reflects a seamless blend of faith, education, and service. Currently pursuing a degree in psychology, she leverages her academic journey to enhance her mission of holistic community empowerment. In her professional role as Youth and Community Development Coordinator at Lawrence Hall, Rodnisha continues to lead initiatives that inspire growth and resilience in underserved areas.
Rodnisha treasures her role as mom-tee to her beloved “neph-sons” and nieces. When not serving, she finds joy in music, dancing, reading, and traveling. With a relentless passion for faith, family, and community, Rodnisha Anderson embodies the spirit of a visionary leader, guiding others to build stronger futures together.
